Other Information:About 95% of the sun will still be eclipsed locally – and will be worth seeing! We’ll have solar viewing glasses that visitors can use to safely look directly at the sun (even 95% covered, you need to have proper eye protection!), and you can also make a pinhole viewer to project an image of the eclipsed sun on the ground. This program will be cancelled in the event of completely overcast/stormy skies. However, if the sky is only partly cloudy, the program will go on as scheduled – our view of the sun may just be blocked for periods of time until the clouds move.
